Booking & Policies

How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through our website. Visit our booking page, choose your desired service, select a date and time, and confirm your appointment. You'll receive an instant confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. If you have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost at checkout.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Square. Cash is also accepted.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to settle in and discuss any skin concerns with your aesthetician. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.

Which facial is right for me?
Our Soléva Signature Facial is the perfect starting point — a fully customized treatment for any skin type. Short on time? Try the Express Glow. For specific concerns, we have targeted facials for brightening, hydration, acne, sensitivity, and more. For the ultimate experience, try our Luxury Signature Facial.
What is a chemical peel?
A chemical peel uses a professional-grade solution to exfoliate the outer layers of skin, promoting cell turnover and revealing smoother, brighter skin beneath. We offer three levels to match your skin's needs and tolerance.
How do I prepare for my facial?
Arrive with clean skin free of heavy makeup. Retinol, retinal, tretinoin, and other strong exfoliants should be avoided for 5–7 days before treatment, depending on skin sensitivity and the service being performed. Stay hydrated and let your aesthetician know about any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medications.
Can I add services to my appointment?
Yes. We offer a curated selection of enhancements to personalize your facial, including Dermaplaning ($35), High Frequency ($15), Jelly Mask ($15), Eye Treatment ($15), and Lip Treatment ($15). Certain facials may already include an advanced enhancement, such as LED Light Therapy or High Frequency, depending on the service. Additional upgrades may also be available based on your skin’s needs.
Do you offer waxing services?
Yes! We offer a full menu of waxing services including facial waxing (brows, lip, chin, full face), body waxing (underarms, arms, bikini, legs), and more. All waxing is performed with premium wax formulations for smooth, long-lasting results.
How should I prepare for a waxing appointment?
Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about 2–3 weeks of growth). Avoid sun exposure, scrubs, retinoids, and other exfoliating products for 5–7 days before waxing. Do not shave between waxing sessions. Clients taking Accutane, or who have taken it within the past 6 months, are not eligible for waxing services.

We exclusively use GlyMed Plus and Circadia by Dr. Pugliese — two professional skincare lines trusted by licensed aestheticians worldwide. Both brands are formulated with high-quality active ingredients designed to deliver real results.
Can I purchase products for home use?
Yes. We carry a curated selection of GlyMed Plus and Circadia products available for purchase after your consultation. Your aesthetician will recommend products tailored to your specific skin needs.
What should I do after my treatment?
Aftercare varies by treatment. Generally, avoid direct sun exposure, skip heavy makeup for 24 hours, use gentle cleansers, and follow any specific instructions provided by your aesthetician.
